The 2018 Annual Conference will be held on Thursday, October 11 and Friday, October 12 at Valdosta State University, 1500 North Patterson Street, Valdosta, Georgia 31698.
The 2019 Annual Conference will be held on Thursday, October 10 and Friday, October 11 at Coastal College of Georgia, 1 College Drive, Brunswick, Georgia 31520.

Conference fees, inclusive of annual dues are:
- $25 for students
- $90 for faculty and professionals registering by September 15
- $110 for faculty and professionals registering after September 15

The preferred hotel for the conference is the Drury Inn and Suites Valdosta, 1327 Saint Augustine Road, Valdosta, Georgia 31601, (229) 253-0023. We will be reserving a block of rooms for Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Please refer back to here for the Group Number as the conference approaches. The block of rooms will be reserved through mid-September 11th at which point all unreserved rooms will be released to the general public at the normal rate, so please reserve your room before that date.
There will be an informal social event Thursday evening, October 11th at the hotel. We hope you can join us.
